Only ONE stroke penalty in all circumstances - combined with disqualification.
Many players are confused - when is it one stroke and when is it two?
And when is it a one or two stroke penalty and when is it: lost hole?
Why not reduce the stroke penalties to ONE stroke ?
And why not apply the the one stroke penalty to Matchplay: No - loss of hole penalty..
